Candle Use Instructions

 

Please read the safety sticker located on the bottom of the candle jar. Remove any paper covers prior to lighting your candle. 

 

Shipping Policy:

We offer shipping to locations within the United States. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Return Policy:

We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned items.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy.
